In the 1999/00 season, the Tigers competed in the London 3 North East league, their clash with West Norfolk on January 8th at Ely was tightly contested, but the Tigers emerged victorious with a narrow 17-15 win.

The 2000/01 season saw both sides in London 4 North East, with Tigers traveling to Norfolk on October 21st, where they suffered an 18-7 defeat. In the return fixture on February 3rd, West Norfolk completed the league double with a convincing 36-13 victory. In the 2003/04 season, Ely and West Norfolk continued their rivalry in the London 4 North East division. The first encounter took place on 11th October, with Ely travelling to West Norfolk, where they suffered a heavy 66-0 defeat. In the return fixture on 31st January, Ely once again faced West Norfolk and, despite a stronger showing, were defeated 27-17. During the 2007/08 season, the teams were placed in the Eastern Counties 1 league. Their first encounter took place on 24th November, where the Tigers were defeated 20-7. The return fixture was held at Ely on 19th April, with West Norfolk again prevailing, this time with a 17-7 victory.

During the 2010/11 Greene King IPA Eastern Counties 1 season, Ely and West Norfolk faced each other twice. The first encounter took place at Ely on September 18th, where West Norfolk secured a 36-19 victory. In the return fixture, Ely traveled to Norfolk on February 26th, suffering a close 17-11 defeat.

In the 2012/13 season, Ely and West Norfolk continued their rivalry in the Greene King IPA Eastern Counties 1 league. Their first meeting took place on December 15th at Ely, where the home side delivered an impressive performance, winning 35-5. The return fixture occurred later in the season, with the Tigers narrowly securing a 34-31 victory.
West Norfolk reaffirmed their dominance during the 2013/14 season. The initial clash on 5th October saw them triumph 15-8, and in the reverse fixture at Ely on 11th January, they secured a 32-22 victory, thus completing a league double for that season.

In the 2016/17 campaign, both teams competed in London 3 North East. The first meeting took place at Ely on 17th September, where the Tigers claimed a 17-10 win. In the return encounter on 17th December, Ely repeated their success with a 34-10 victory.
2017/18 season saw the sides met at West Norfolk on a Friday night, the game ended in a 31-12 Tigers win, when the side met for the return fixture at Ely it was West Norfolk that left as winners with a 28-6 scoreline.

2018/19 season saw the sides in the London 3 Eastern Counties league, the first meeting of the season take place on the 14th September, saw West ran out 21-15 winners, the return fixture took place on Friday night, 14th December, the game ended in a 19-5 Tigers win. The 2017/18 season featured a Friday night encounter at West Norfolk, where the Tigers secured an impressive 31-12 victory. However, in the return fixture at Ely, it was West Norfolk who emerged victorious, leaving with a 28-6 win. During the 2018/19 campaign in the London 3 Eastern Counties league, the sides first met on 14th September. West Norfolk claimed the honours with a 21-15 win. The return fixture, played on Friday night, 14th December, saw the Tigers turn the tables, achieving a 19-5 victory.

During the 2019/20 season, Ely and West Norfolk faced off on December 7th at Ely, where West Norfolk secured a 29-14 victory. The second fixture was scheduled for March 28th, but was ultimately cancelled as all rugby activities were suspended nationwide due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. During the 2022/23 season, the teams faced each other in Counties 1 Eastern Counties. Their initial encounter occurred on 24th September, where the Tigers delivered a commanding performance, winning 45-20. The return fixture was held on 25th February, with the Tigers traveling to Norfolk. On this occasion, they secured another convincing victory, defeating West Norfolk 55-10.

During the 2023/24 season, Ely Tigers and West Norfolk renewed their rivalry with two notable clashes. The initial meeting took place at West Norfolk on 23rd September, where the home side narrowly edged out the Tigers, securing a 29-22 win in a closely fought contest. In the return fixture on 16th December, the Ely Tigers produced a dominant display, overwhelming West Norfolk with an emphatic 58-0 victory.
