After 12 months of dedicated voluntary service, Joe Hemsley Rudd has officially stepped down from his partnership role with Ely Tigers. His time in the position marked one of the most successful and forward moving periods in recent club history. Joe’s leadership, energy, and strategic thinking played a key part in strengthening relationships, growing community support, and driving progress off the field.
Chairman Andy Gunbie commented:
“Joe has brought tremendous energy, professionalism, and vision to the partnership role. His contribution over the past year has been nothing short of exceptional, and he leaves the position with the club in a stronger place. We’re incredibly grateful for all he’s done for Ely Tigers.”
Continued Involvement
While stepping down from his voluntary partnership role, Joe remains an important part of the Ely Tigers community. He will continue his involvement through active support of the Mini Section a part of the club he’s particularly passionate about helping to nurture and inspire the next generation of players.
