Notice of AGM
The Ely Tigers RUFC AGM will be held at the EOSA clubhouse on Monday 16th June at 7.30pm.
At the AGM we will be reviewing the past 12 months, as well as voting in the 'Golden Role' holders for the upcoming 25/26 season.
Roles to be appointed at the AGM:

• Club Chair
• Honorary Secretary
• Director of Rugby
• Honorary Treasurer
• Discipline Officer
• Data Officer
• Women and Girls Chair
• Youth Chair
• Mini Chair
• Safeguarding Officer
• Fixture Secretary
• International Tickets Contact
• Coaching Co-ordinator
• Referee Contact
• Volunteer Co-ordinator
• RugbySafe Lead
• Grounds and Facilities Manager
If you would like further information on any of these roles, please contact Club Chairman Andy Gunbie at andythegun@hotmail.co.uk. Remaining 'club' roles will be appointed by the new committee after the event.
All wishing to stand for a role will need a ‘Proposer’ and ‘Seconder’, both of which should be paid up club members. Once you have these, please send them through to Honorary Secretary Kate Stacey at elytigerssecretary01@gmail.com by Monday 2nd June.
A list of those nominated will be issued after that date, in readiness for the 16th.
To be able to cast a vote at the AGM, you must be over 18 and hold one of the below memberships.

Family
Votes by proxy will be accepted, however we would ask that they are sent in advance to either Andy or Kate. Please note that the same rules as above regarding eligibility apply for this.
We really hope to see plenty in attendance to review the previous 12 months and hear the exciting plans we have ahead for the year.
